摘要
以抗人Ｃ３的羊ＩｇＧ作为捕捉抗体，ＨＲＰ－抗人ＩｇＧ的羊ＩｇＧ作为指示抗体，建立了检测ＩｇＭ特异性激活补体类循环免疫复合物（ＩｇＭ／Ｃ３－ＣＩＣ）的捕捉法ＥＬＩＳＡ。经阻断试验、中和试验、替代试验及重复性试验表明，本法特异性强，重复性好．对４０４例健康人血清标本检测表明，ＩｇＭ／Ｃ３－ＣＩＣ的含量与年龄和性别有关，而与ＡＢＯ血型无关。因此，确定健康人ＩｇＭ／Ｃ３－ＣＩＣ的正常值应考虑年龄和性别因素。
A capture ELISA method had been established to detect circulating specific IgM immune complexes activating complement, with goat IgG anti-human C3 as capture antibody and goat IgG anti-human IgM as dilect antibody. The specificity and reproducibility are proven to be satisfactory with blocking test, neutralizing test, replacing test and reproducibility test.Results of 404 health cases showed that the amount of circulating specific IgM immune complexes. activating complement was significanty related to age and sex, and not related to ABO blood types. The relationships between circulating specific IgM immune complexes activating complement and age,sex were similar to that between serum IgM and age, sex.
