摘要
实验结果表明:流行性出血热(EHF)病毒Z20株,在37℃经pH6.0细胞融合液处理,可引起细胞融合现象。随感染EHF病毒的细胞培养天数延长,细胞融合灶逐渐增多。细胞融合的形态特点表现为:首先细胞之间趋向紧密,伴有细胞膜消失,接着核大量聚集,进而变形,最后出现收缩形成融合灶。
Epidemic hemorrbagic fever virus.strain Z20 caused cell fusion after exposing to acid environment(pH6. 0). As the infected cells(Vero-E6 cell line) were cultured longer. number of cell fusion foci increased. Morphologicall cell fusion showed that infected cells adhere each other, with disappearance of cell membrance and cluster of nuclei;the muclei became multiform and giant in feature;and finally a complete fusion foci estableshed.
