摘要 着眼现代网络信息的迅速发展与广泛应用,探讨网络学术传播的“公开获取运动”(Open Access Move-ment)的起源与发展、本质与特点及其实施方法。 The article introduces the Open Access movement. Open Access is the movement to publish scholarly literature on the Internet and make it available to readers free of charge and free of unnecessary licensing restrictions.
