Adult Kuen-Ming mice were gavaged with Carboxythyl Germanin asquioxide(Ge-132)at doses of 100,200,or 400mg/kg daily for 10 consecutive days.Immunotoxicological parameters were measured 24h after the last chemical exposure.There was no overt toxicity.Ge-132 significantly increased the activity of acid α-napbtbyl acetate esterase(ANAE)in circulation lymphocytes at the highest dose and slihgtly increased plaque-forming cell.
