摘要
在我校迎评促建环境下,我校图书馆实行ISO9000国际质量标准管理的时机已成熟,本文就如何结合ISO9000族标准,在图书馆建立健全的读者满意制度进行了探讨。
As our university is preparing for the appraisal by the Ministry of Education, it is time for our library to introduce the international quality standard, ISO 9000. This paper discusses how to apply ISO 9000 family standard to establish perfect system of users' satisfaction in our library.
