摘要
论文的写作讲究一定的艺术,论文的格式必须体现规范,投稿发表也有一定的技巧。本文依据国家标准、观察期刊出版发行的现状、总结作者本人的论文写作发表实践的经验教训而成,以求教于广大学者。
The writing of papers stresses artistic quality, and papers have to present in standard pattern, certain skills are required when they are ready to be contributed and published. According to the national standard and the present issue situation of periodicals, the author makes some comments on the writing and publication of papers on his own experience to seek the reading public's advice.
