摘要
为了探讨7种元素与血压和血脂的关系,采用原子吸收和火焰光谱分析法,检测了吸烟者和不吸烟者血清微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe和常量元素K、Na、Ca、Mg的含量,经统计学处理结果发现,吸烟者血清Na、Mg、Zn、Fe及Na/K、Zn/Cu明显高于不吸烟者,而Ca/Mg则明显低于不吸烟者。提示吸烟者血压、HCT、Ch、TG、LDL-ch、VLDL-ch、ApoB升高,而HDL-ch降低与7种元素含量变化有密切的关系。
The contents of serum trace elements Zn, Cu, Fe, amd major elements K, Na, Ca, Mg in smokers and non-smokers were determined with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer and Flame Photometer. The data were analysed statistically, and relationship between seven elements and blood pressure(BP), serum lipids were discussed. It was found that the contents of Na, Mg, Zn, Fe, and Na/K, Zn/Cu in smokers were significantly higher than those in ron-smokers, while Ca/Mg was significantly lower than this in non-smokers. It is suggest that the changes of the contents of seven serum elenents is closely related to high BP, hematocrit, cholesterol, triglyceride, LDLch, VLDL-ch, ApoB, and lower HDL-ch.
