摘要
选择77例孕38~42周剖腹产产妇及其新生儿77例,用AAS法分别测定产妇发锌、血浆锌、红细胞锦和骨骼肌锌,新生儿发锌、脐血血浆锌、红细胞锌和胎盘锌。对各指标相关性及随孕周变化情况进行分析。结果:(1)产妇发锌与其它各指标间均未出现有意义相关,用它评价个体锌营养状况应格外慎重。(2)新生儿生后48h内发锌含量高(589.93±150.90ppm),与脐血血浆锌呈正相关(R=0.230)。(3)孕38~42周产妇血浆锌有下降趋势,骨骼肌锌、红细胞锌及脐血红细胞锌有上升趋势,可能是机体为胎儿发育、分娩需要进行锌的重分布。(4)产妇骨骼肌锌与脐血红细胞锌、胎盘锌呈正相关,可反映胎儿锌营养状态。
In order to obtain more sensitive and reliable indices for evaluation of zinc nutritional-status of human body,an experiment was carried out as follows: 77 parturient women received cesarean seations and their nomal babies were chosen as subjects. The zinc contents in hair. plasma. erythrocytes and abdominal muscle were determined in parturient women, zinccontents in hair, umbilical plasma, erythrocytes and placenta were determined in their babies by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS). Correlation among the indices of zinccontents and the changes of these contents during 37~42weeks of gestation were analysed. The results are as follows:(1)No correlation was found between hair zinc and other indices of zinc contents, so,one. in using hair zinc to assess zincstatus of body should be cautious. (2) Hair zinc was high inneonates and correlated positively with Zinc content in umbilical plasms(r=0. 230,STD. COEF.=0. 301 ). (3)During 37~42 weeks of gestation. ainc contents in muscle, erythrocytesand cord blood erythrocyte increased in parturient women,while zinc contents in plasma declined. It may be due to the redistribution of zinc for development of fetch and possibly delivery. (4)muscle zinc in parturient women was correlated positively with Zinc contents in umbilical erythrocytes and placenta. So that, muscle zinc was a good incex of zinc nutritionalstatus of fetus.
