摘要
改革开放以来,我国饭店业发展呈现出突飞猛进、全面发展的态势,然而在发展的背后又存在着一系列的问题,如供大于求、品牌知名度低等等。这些问题的出现其原因是多方面的,这就需要我们采取一套完善的措施加以解决。
Our country's hospitality industry has shown a rapid and complete development trend from the execution of the 'reform and open' policy. However, there is a set of problems behind the boom, such as supply surpass demand, the formation of the buyer market, and so on.. And the reason of these problems relates to many aspects, therefore, we need to take a suit of perfect measures so as to keep the long-term development tendency of our country's hospitality industry.
