摘要
工程陶瓷已广泛应用到工业领域。作为典型的高硬度脆性材料,其切削复杂,切削过程是一个不连续的过程,而内部微裂纹扩展是导致断裂和产生切屑原因。这里以脆性断裂理论为基础建立适合工程陶瓷车削过程分析的有限元模型:断裂分析模型,采用不连续的模拟方式,对工程陶瓷的不连续切削过程,以及加工表面的破坏状况进行分析。
In recent years,industrial ceramics has been widely used in indust ry .As brittle material,the cutting process is complexity,it is in general disconti nuous and it is caused by the growth and propagation of the microcracks in indus trial ceramics.In the paper,the Finite Element Method model that based on the th eory of fracture mechanics are provided for the analysis of the cutting characte ristic of industrial ecramics,namely Brittle Cracking.The model is focused on th e discontinuous process of the cutting and damages of cutting surface.
