摘要
针对传统连杆模具制造工艺的不足,提出CAD/CAM/HSM加工技术的完整解决方案。首先使用CAXAME2004的造型功能进行三维实体造型,然后用CAXAME2004的加工功能生成数控加工程序,最后在HSM一600型高速铣削加工中心上完成整个加工过程。
According to the shortcomings of the traditional piston rod die ma nu facturing technology,this paper introduces CAD/CAM/HSM into the process.Firstl y,the 3D so1id model for piston rod is established based upon CAXAME2004.Secon dly,the NC programs are generated by CAXAME2004.Finlally,the whole die is pro duced by a HSM milling center(HSM-600).
