摘要
本文首先介绍了我国3G技术发展现状,然后对目前业界关注的一些问题,如FDD、TDD有机互补与健康合理发展问题,频谱有偿使用与运营执照发放改革问题,IPR问题,3G执照发放时间问题等进行了探讨,并指出3G必将到来,2005年将是中国3G发展关键的一年。
This paper deals with the 3G new development and some development strategy considerations on the 3G in China,including some viewpoints on sensitive issues like releasing 3G license etc.,then point out 3G will come in China, the year of 2005 is very important for developing 3G in China .
