介绍了中国石油西北销售分公司在2004年将“班组达标”作为公司管理的一项突出工作,进一步提高整体管理水平的作法、体会和所取得的成效:开展班组达标活动要做到有章可循,在制定标准时一定要细致、全面并结合实际,且起点要高;不能给员工增加新的负担,标准要体现奖罚分明。开展班组达标活动可激发员工的工作积极性和提高班组员工的素质。
Rules is essential for team to follow when developing activities to reach the standard. Therefore, rules must be based on fact and formulated in detail and all-round. The activities should not add burden to staff. The activities can be helpoful to encourage staff and upgrade staff quality.
