Experience of professional training on gaugers in Sinopec Jiangsu Xuzhou Oil Company is introduced. The introduced measures include: introducing teachers by multi-channel, upgrading training, applying choice training course and enlarging their knowledge. The company introduces systems of examination, rewards and penalties to guarantee quality of training.
