中心—外围结构与跨国公司选址研究

Research on the Core-Periphery Structure and the Location of the Multinational Corporations

跨国公司在东道国进行投资选址时,往往倾向于外资比较集中的地区,在集聚效应和扩散效应的作用下,形成跨国公司分布的中心—外围结构。本文研究了跨国公司中心—外围结构形成的动因、机制及其主要形式,对我国珠江三角洲、长江三角洲地区跨国公司的中心—外围结构进行了剖析,指出了跨国公司选址的新趋势。

The location of the multinational corporations is inclined to places where foreign investments are relatively agglomerated and then brings into the core-periphery structure in the host country through the mechanism of agglomeration and diffusion. This paper discusses the causes, mechanism and main form of the core-periphery structure. It then parses the core-periphery structure of the Pearl River Delta and Changjiang Delta and brings forward some new trends of the location of the multinational corporations.
