近二十多年以来技术创新联盟及其网络组织如雨后春笋般不断涌现。本文先对技术创新联盟网络进行了理论解释,然后分析了技术创新网络的构成要素:参与者、资源和活动。进一步研究了技术创新网络的三个层次:网络层、技术创新联盟和创新的参与者,阐述了技术创新网络的特征;创新资源的共享性;创新参与者互补替代关系的相对性;网络交流的多渠道和多层次性;网络交流方式的正式性和非正式性;网络形成的动态性。最后,研究了创新网络与国家创新体系、虚拟企业、价值网络的关系。

Technology innovation coalitions and networks spring out in resent twenty years. Firstly, the theoretical backgrounds of the existence of technology innovation network organizations are analyzed and the compositions of technology innovation networks include participants, resources and actions are discovered. Secondary, the levels of the technology innovation network include network, technology innovation coalitions and participants are studied. And the characteristics of the technology innovation network are discovered that are innovation resources sharing characteristics, relativity of the mutual and substitute relationship of participants, multilevel and multi - channel of network communication, formal and informal of network communication, and dynamic of network formation. Lastly, the relationships between innovation coalitions and national innovation system, virtual firms, value networks are analyzed.
