摘要
优化是网级路面管理系统的核心内容。本文在分析和总结了国外优化方法的基础上提出了由财政规划和项目规划两个层次组成的网级优化模型,其中应用马尔可夫决策过程求解财政规划;运用0-1整数规划和动态规划原理相结合的方法实施项目规划。优化方法中采用了启发、集成和分解等一系列近似优化技术,实现了在微机上求解大规模网级优化问题的设想,从而为网级路面管理系统的完善和推广开辟了广阔的前景。
By analysing and summarizing the existing optimization methods,amodel including financial programming and project programming for optimization thecore of pavement management system is developed in the paper,The Markav decisionprocess is used in the financial progromming 0-1 integer programming and dynamicprogramming is used in the project programming. A series of approximate optimiza-tion techniques of heuristic,aggregation and decomposition are applied which makethe solution of the large scale network level optimization problems on micro-com-puter very promising.
