绞股蓝总甙对实验性脑缺血损伤的保护作用 被引量:18

摘要 目的:观察绞股蓝总甙对大鼠局灶性缺血再灌注脂质过氧化脑损伤的影响。方法:采用大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,应用绞股蓝总甙(2 0 0~40 0mg/kg ,ip)后,观察大脑中动脉闭塞侧脑梗死面积、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)水平及脑功能的变化。结果:与损伤模型组比较,绞股蓝治疗组大脑中动脉闭塞侧脑梗死面积明显缩小;脑组织SOD水平显著升高、MDA水平显著下降;脑功能受损程度明显改善。结论:绞股蓝总甙对大鼠缺血再灌注脂质过氧化脑损伤有一定的保护作用。 Objective: To investigate the protect of Gypenosides (GP, at dose 200~400mg/kg, ip) on lipid peroxidation induce cerebral injure after focal ischemic reperfusion in rat. Methods: The focal cerebral ischemic-reperfusion model was established with thread embolism of middle cerebral artery. The GP was injected by peritoneum at dose 200~400mg/kg. The square of middle cerebral after infarction were observed. The level of SOD and MDA in cerebral tissue were tested. The damage degree of cerebral function was examined. Results: Compared with the model group, it revealed that in GP-treated rats the square of middle cerebral after infarction was remarkably reduced, level of MDA in cerebral tissue was markedly reduced, the activities of SOD in cerebral tissue was significantly elevated and the cerebral function was improved. Conlusions: The results suggested that GP had a potent neuroprotective effect in cerebral ischemical and reperfusion in rats.
