摘要
目的:研究消癖颗粒对大鼠乳腺增生模型的影响。方法:肌肉注射苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮诱导大鼠乳腺增生模型;放射免疫法测血清雌二醇、孕酮、促卵泡激素和促黄体生成素的含量;锥板法测血液黏度;组织病理学方法测乳腺小叶数、腺泡数、腺泡腔平均直径、乳腺胞浆面积。结果:消癖颗粒能明显降低乳腺增生大鼠血清雌二醇和促黄体生成素含量,升高孕酮含量;降低全血比黏度;明显减少乳腺小叶数、腺泡数,降低腺泡腔直径,对胞浆面积无明显影响。结论:消癖颗粒对乳腺增生大鼠血清雌激素、血液黏度和乳腺组织病理变化有明显改善作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Xiaopi Granules on the mastoplasia model of rats. Methods: The model was established by injecting estradiol benzoate and progesterone. The contents of serum E 2、P、FSH and LH were determined; The hemorrheology and the changes of histological structure of the mammary glands were examined. Results: Xiaopi Granules significantly decreased the levels of serum E 2 and LH, while P significantly increased; significantly decreased blood specific viscosity, the number of acinus and lobule of mammary glands and acinus diameter. Conclusion: Xiaopi Granules significantly improves sex hormone level, hemorrheology and histological structure of the mammary glands of the mastoplasia rats.
