There are big risks in the international project contraction, including social risk, economic risk, technological risk and administrative risk. In the process of contracting,these risks will produce a great influence on the project progress,its cost and quality control.The method of fuzzy evaluation is used to evaluate the project risks in order to solve the extent of fuzzy factors of contracting risks.
