摘要
顾客价值被认为是提高顾客忠诚度、保持企业持久竞争优势的重要源泉,它被越来越多的研究者和企业所重视。全面总结了近年来国外学者对顾客价值概念的阐述,在此基础上深入探讨了顾客价值的基本属性,包括顾客价值的内涵、特征及分类,为进一步研究顾客价值提供理论基础。
Customer value is regarded as an important source of improving customer loyalty and retaining sustainable competitive advantages. Therefore, it is generating increased attention from researchers. This article thoroughly summarizes the discussions on customer value by researchers . Based on this, it explores the most basic attributes of customer value, including the connotation, characteristics and typology . It is hoped that this article will be able to provide a theoretical foundation for future research on customer value.
