The management exists in each link of enterprise.To a project,generally people are used to attach an importance on quality,to ensure progress and to avoid accidents,but neglecting financial function,only settling accounts after completion of project.In financial management,it is necessary to play stress on the control before event,the supervision in event and the summation and analysis after event,alone so,the economic benefit can be increased.
