摘要
随着国民经济快速发展,水资源供需矛盾日益突出,许多城市出现地下水超采现象,并伴随水环境问题。本文论述了五个方面的问题,认为采用水资源变值理论评价地下水超采地区的水资源量比较合理,同时对“三水”转化关系、水资源还原问题、地下水超采区的划定及超采区类型的划定进行了讨论,提出地下水在开发利用过程中,在关注开采量的同时,还应重点关注同地下水埋深的变化关系。
With rapid development of national economy, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is more and more protruding. Many cities has appeared groundwater overdraft and followed with the water environmental problems. The article discusses some questions from five aspects and thinks that apply the value variation theory of water resources to evaluate the volume of water resources is more reasonable in the overdraft area. At the same time, it discusses the relation among “three-water” transformation, water resoures storing, the division of groundwater overdraft area and the partition of their types and puts forward that should pay more attention to the variation of groundwater depth with the attention to the exploiting amounts while exploit and utilize the groundwater.
