摘要 研究了超磁致伸缩执行器设计中电、磁、机械及热设计中的优化方法,包括线圈的几何尺寸优化、磁路及偏磁场设计、预压力设计、考虑温度效应的修正模型等;建立了超磁致伸缩执行器基于输入电压-输出位移的控制模型,实验测得系统频率响应曲线与仿真结果一致。 This paper presented optimal methods for magnetostrictive actuator design in the aspects of electrical, magnetic, mechanical, and thermal, including optimization of the coil's geometry, magnetic circuit and bias magnetizing field design, prestress mechanism and optimization, and the modified strain model considering thermal effect. The control model based on input voltage and output displacement was built up, the frequency response curve of experimental measurements were exactly coincident with simulation results.
