摘要
应用ABAQUS软件,对多道焊T形接头的温度场和应力场进行了数值模拟。选用三维实体单元,考虑了材料物理性能随温度和相变的影响,采用内部热生成和振幅曲线的加载方法模拟焊接热源的移动,运用单元生死技术模拟多道焊过程。获得了焊接温度场和应力场的动态变化过程,对计算结果进行了分析。
Temperature and stress distribution of multi-ass welded T-joint was simulated using ABAQUS codes. 3-D solid elements were used to mesh the model. Temperature dependent material properties and effects of convection and radiation were considered. Internal heat generation and amplitude loading were used to simulate the moving heat source. The process of multi-pass welding was simulated using a technique of element birth and death. Temperature distribution and stress variation of welding are achieved and the results are discussed properly.
