摘要
采用电镜、能谱、x射线衍射分析及da/dN、ΔK_(th)试验方法研究了火力发电厂16MnR高压除氧器焊接接头裂纹的成因。结果表明,原发裂纹为延迟裂纹,运行工况下裂纹呈SCF方式扩展。
By means of electric mirror, energy spectrum,X-ray analysis and da/dN,ΔKth experimental methods,the causes of the welded joint cracks of the 16MnR high pressure deaerator in the thermal electric pow- er plant is studied. The result illustrates that the original cracks are delayed cracks. The crack is propagated in the SCF form during the operating conditions.
