摘要
提出直接利用旋转机械稳定运转和停车过程的动力响应信号,得到系统在运转时的动态变形或振型。从而在线识别大型旋转机械基础台板松动或刚度减弱的部位和局部共振频率,并用2个工程实例说明该方法的可行性。
A diagnosis method for on-line identifying the position of weakened or slackened baseplate and the local resonance frequency of a large scale rotating machinery resulting form the weakened baseplate is presented in this paper,and the availability of this method has been confirmed by use of two engineering case studies.
