植物乳杆菌转化生成CLA的研究 被引量:6

摘要 从酸菜汁中分离出的一株植物乳杆菌LactobacillusplantarumLT2-6能将亚油酸转化成共轭亚油酸。该菌株在MRS培养基中经0.03%(w/v)的亚油酸诱导培养后,所获得的洗涤细胞具有很强的转化能力。在厌氧环境下利用L.plantarumLT2-6的洗涤细胞进行转化生成CLA的反应。结果表明,适宜反应条件为:温度30℃、pH7.0(0.1mol/L的磷酸盐缓冲系统)、细胞浓度20%(w/v)、游离亚油酸浓度1.5%(w/v)、反应时间64h,获得CLA最高产量为7.87mg/mL,产物为c9、t11/t9、c11-CLA。 Lactobacillus plantarum LT2-6, isolated from pickle juice samples, can convert linoleic acid into CLA. Cells of Lactobacillus plantarum LT2-6 cultivated in MRS medium supplemented with 0.03%(w/v) linoleic acid as an inducer exhibited higher CLA productivity. Under microaerobic conditions, the production of CLA from linoleic acid was carried out with the aid of washed cells of L. plantarum. The results presented the optimal conditions: 30℃, pH 7.0(0.lmol/L sodium phosphate buffer), 20%(w/v) washed cells, 1.5%(w/v) linoleic acid and 64h. The maximal amount of CLA was 7.87mg/mL, and the majority of resultants were c9, t11/t9, c11-CLA.
