摘要 综述ε-聚赖氨酸的研究情况,包括ε-聚赖氨酸的发现和用途,ε-聚赖氨酸产生菌的筛选和生物合成机理的研究,ε-聚赖氨酸的产生菌的改造以及发酵生产等。 The paper reviews the researches on ε-polylysine, including the finding and applications, screening and reforming of producing strains, the mechanism of biosynthesis, the production by fermentation.
