TiGeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2催化剂微乳化合成葡萄糖酯

Synthesis of glucoseate catalyzed by TiGeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2 with emulsification

摘要 以固载杂多酸TiGeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2为多相催化剂,对以葡萄糖、硬脂酸、1,2-丙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠等为原料合成葡萄糖酯的微乳化反应条件进行了研究。实验表明,TiGeW12O40/TiO2是合成葡萄糖酯的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件为n(糖)∶n(酸)=1∶1.2、催化剂用量为反应物总量的2%、反应时间1.5h,在上述条件下,葡萄糖硬脂酸硬酯的产率是92.4%。 TiGeW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2 was used as catclyst for glucose, stearate, glucol, dodecane sodium sulfatewhich was raw material of the synthesize of glucoseate. Effects of the amount of the catalyst used, the reaction time, the ration of reactants and amount of an agent were investigated. As the experiment indicate, TiGeW12O40 /TiO2 was a good catalyst for glucoseate synthesization. And the best reaction conditions were as follow: the ration of glucose and acid was 1∶1.2, the amount of catalyst which take part of the whole quality was 2%, and the reaction time was 1.5h. Under the conditions over all, the last eaterification ratio of series was 92.4%.
