摘要
综述振动胁迫对果品采后后熟衰老生理如乙烯合成、呼吸作用、生物膜结构变化,以及对果品采后品质和耐贮性的影响。
The effect of mechanical vibration stress on postharvest physiology, such as biosynthesis of ethylene, changes of respiration, biology membrane,as well as the quality and storage characteristics of fruits was reviewed in this paper.
