摘要
经营企业实为经营一种文化,企业竞争实为文化的竞争。目前,我国中小企业竞争力较弱,其根本原因在于企业文化的落后。对此,在构建中小企业文化当中应进行五个转变,其主要途径为:企业创始人和领导者应该注重企业文化建设,企业文化与企业管理应紧密结合,还应着力提高企业领导者素质,企业家与专家学者应该紧密合作等等。
Managing an enterprise is actually managing a culture.As a result,the competition among enterprises is actually cultural competition.Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises' lack of competitive power results from their backward culture.The following measures have to be taken in the cultural construction of small and medium-sized enterprises of China:the enterprise founder should cultivate enterprise culture;enterprise culture should be closely asslociated with enterprise administration;enterprise leaders should improve their quality;entrepreneurs should cooperate with scholars.
