腹膜透析在颅脑外伤伴肾衰病人治疗中的应用

The application of peritoneal dialysis in treating patients suffered from craniocerebral trauma with renal failure

目的:探讨腹膜透析在颅脑外伤伴肾衰病人治疗中的应用.方法:5例患者均采用持续性腹膜透析疗法治疗2～7天.结果:5例患者肾功能全部恢复正常,颅高压有效控制.结论:腹膜透析能有效脱水并治疗肾衰竭,在颅脑外伤伴肾衰的治疗中值得推广.

Objective To explore the application of peritoneal dialysis in treating patients suffered from craniocerebral trauma with renal failure. Methods 5 patients adopted the peritoneal dialysis for 2~7days. Conclusion The therapeutic effect is certain and rewarding to extend.
