米非司酮、米索终止13～20周妊娠的随机对照研究

Randomized comparison study of using mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate 13～20-week pregnancy

目的:以利凡诺为参比制剂,观察米非司酮、米索用于终止13-20周妊娠的临床效果及可接受性.方法:采用开放性随机对照原则,按研究方案接纳怀孕13～20周要求终止妊娠的妇女100例,随机分配到实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50).实验组采用米非司酮+米索引产,口服米索后4～6小时内清宫;对照组采用利凡诺羊膜腔内穿刺法引产,视胎盘胎膜残留情况酌情清宫.用药后观察两组对象的疗效、宫腔内容物排出时间、产时产后出血量等.结果:采用t检验和x2检验,两组在引产成功率、宫腔内容物排出时间、产时产后出血量方面无显著差异.结论:米非司酮、米索在用于终止13～20周内妊娠的效果与利凡诺羊膜腔内穿刺是等同的.

Objective By using rivanol as contrast preparation,to observe the clinical efficacy and acceptability of mifepristone and misoprostol for terminating 13~20-week pregnancy. Methods By using randomized controlled methods, 100 women who had been pregnant for 13~20 weeks and had volunteered to terminate pregnancy were accepted and randomly divided into two groups, one is experiment group(n=50), the other is contrast group(n=50). In the first group, mifepristone and misoprostol were used to terminate pregnancy. To clear the uterine cavity in 4~6 hours after the patients had misoprostol. In the second group,the method of rivanol penetrated in amnion cavity was used. Whether to clear the uterine cavity or not is decided by the extent of placenta and fetal membranes leftover. To observe the respective curative effect, the time needed to eliminate the content of uterine cavity, the capability of bleeding during and after delivery. Results By using T-examination and x2 examination,we found that there is no instinct difference between the two groups in curative effect, the time needed to eliminate the content of uterine cavity and the capability of bleeding, etc. Conclusion Mifepristone and misoprostol have the same effect of terminating 13~20-week gestation as the method of rivanol panatrated in amnion cavity?
