71例隐形义齿修复的临床观察与设计要点

Clinical observation and main points of design of 71 cases of adelomorphic denture restoration

目的:探讨隐形义齿临床的应用和操作。方法:采用临床回顾性观察的方法对71例病例进行临床分析,统计学处理采用卡方分割检验。结果:隐形义齿的临床修复要把握好临床设计和正确的材料使用及操作;蓝色硬石膏灌注的模型加工出的隐形义齿临床发生压痛症状的比超硬石膏模型加工出的义齿要明显多。P<0.05。结论:隐形义齿的修复不仅能满足患者对美观的要求,更是一个良好的修复新技术。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application and operation of adelomorphic denture. Methods Making clinical analysis of 71 cases with clinical retrospective observation methods and making statistical analysis with Chi-square test and partition of x2. Results Adelomorphic Denture needs good clinical design, proper use of material and correct operation. Adelomorphic denture made with models poured with blue hard gypsum has more pressure pain incidence than that with anhydrite(P<0.05). Conclusion Adelomorphic denture prosthesis can satisfy patients' demand for beauty, and it is also a good new prosthetic technique.
