腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中胆管损伤3例分析

Analysis of three cases of bile duct injury in LC

目的:探讨LC中胆管操作的原因、预防、处理方法。方法:对LC中出现的3例胆管损伤病人的手术经过和治疗经过进行分析。结果:3例患者均在术中发现胆管损伤并及时处理,痊愈。结论:对胆囊三角区解剖结构的熟悉和熟练操作技术是预防胆管损伤的关键。

Objective This essay is aimed to discuss the reason of the bile duct injury in LC as well as the prevention and treatment approaches. Methods We made analysis of the procedures of operation and treatment of the three cases of patients suffering from bile duct injury in LC. Results All the three patients were found suffering from bile duct injury during the operation and recovered after the timely treatment. Conclusion A good mastery of the anatomical structure of the cystic triangle and proficient operational skills are the key to prevent the bile duct injury.
