49例手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的治疗分析

Analysis and treatment of 49 cases of early postoperative inflammatory ileus

目的:探讨术后炎性肠梗阻的治疗方法。方法:回顾分析采用非手术治疗及手术治疗49例术后炎性肠梗阻病例。结果:采用非手术方法治愈40例,9例经治疗无效,中转手术治愈。结论:正确适时的采用非手术治疗,手术治疗是治疗术后炎性肠梗阻,减少肠管绞窄、肠坏死等并发症的关键。

Objective To explore therapies of postoperative inflammatory ileus. Methods To retrospectively analyze non operative and operative treatment of 49 cases. Results 40 cases were cured by way of non operative therapy and 9 cases at first failed to be cured,were finally cured operatively. Conclusion Proper ,timely nonoperative treatment should be performed and operative treatment is the key to treating postoperative inflammatory ileus and reducing complications such as gut-tie and gangrene of intestine.
