经阴道超声引导穿刺抽液治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿是目前较先进的治疗手段,具有创伤小、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、易于患者接受等特点。通过对32例经阴道超声引导穿刺抽液或注无水乙醇治疗巧克力囊肿患者术前心理护理,术中密切配合,术后严密观察等,不仅提高了疗效,而且给不孕症病人也带来了福音。

The treatment of the chocolate cyst of ovary by ultrasound guided puncture is an advanced method at present. This method has some merits, such as micro-wound, slight pain, quick recovery and feasible to be accepted by the patients. Nursing in the treatment of 32 patients with the chocolate cyst of ovary by ultrasound guided puncture not only promoted therapeutic effect, but also brought the advantages for these patients.
