心脑血管病人浅静脉留置针输液封管液探讨

Discussion on using remaining needle shallow intravenous infusion to close the vessel for the patients of cardiovascular disease

目的:探讨心脑血管病人浅静脉留置针输液封管的效果。方法:106例患者随机分成2组,观察组54例,每天输液结束时封管1次,先用10ml生理盐水缓慢推注,再用1ml肝素液(每ml含肝素250u)封管,次日输液时,先从留置针内抽出肝素液(约0.3ml),直至抽出回血,再接液体。对照组52例,用5ml肝素液(每ml含肝素25u)封管,每隔8小时封管一次,次日消毒后接上液体。结果:两组堵管率比较观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);平均留置天数观察组多于对照组(P<0.05);平均每天封管次数观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心脑血管病人浅静脉留置针输液封管采用高浓度肝素液较低浓度肝素液其堵管发生率低,留置天数长,且每天只需封管1次。

Objective To discuss the effect of using remaining needle shallow intravenous infusion to close the vessel for the patients of cardiovascular disease. Methods 106 patients were divided into 2 teams randomly. There were 54 patients in the observing teams. At the end of infusion, the blood vessel was closed once. First, 10 ml physiological saline was infused. Then 1ml heparin liquid (containing 250 u heparin per ml) was used to close the blood vessel. The next day, before infusion, we drew heparin liquid (about 0.3ml) from the remaining needle until backward flowing of blood into the tube. And then the liquid was connected. There were 52 patients in the contrast team. 5ml heparin liquid (containing 25u heparin per ml) was used to close the blood vessel. We closed it once every 8 hours. The next day, the liquid was connected after disinfecting. Results The rate of blocking the blood vessel of the observing team was lower than that of the contrast team (P<0.01). The average remaining day of the observing team was more than that of the contrast team (P<0.05). The average time of closing the blood vessel in the observing team was less than that in the contrast team (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared using low concentration heparin to close the vessel for the patients of cardiovascular disease with using remaining needle shallow intravenous infusion, the rate of blocking the blood vessel is lower, the average remaining day is longer, the average time of closing the blood vessel is less by using high concentration heparin.
