Experience of complete occlusal pad to rehabilitate attrition or deletion of dentition

目的:通过对全口金属垫修复牙列严重磨损和缺失的病例进行回顾性总结。方法:收集98年以来41例病例进行临床分析。结果:随访的病例修复后,咀嚼功能正常,效果良好。结论:制作全口金属牙合垫修复牙列磨损及缺失,虽然难度系数较大,但目前仍不失为一种良好的齿科临床修复方法。

Objective To make retrospective summary of the use of complete metal occlusal pad to restore severe attrition or deletion of dentition. Methods To analyse 41 cases with severe attrition or deletion of dentition since 1998. Results Mastication functions are normal after prosthetic treatment of the follow-up cases and the therapeutic effect is good. Conclusion Fabricating complete metal occlusal pad, though the difficulty coefficient is big, is still a good dental clinical restoration method at present.
