硝基甲苯类化合物联合毒性的研究

A Study on the Combined Toxicity of Nitrotoluene Compounds in Mice

研究结果表明,硝基甲苯类化合物的联合毒性主要表现为完全相加和部分相加,相互间不存在协同作用。为此建议,硝基甲苯类化合物在地面水中的混合物最高容许浓度可按相加特性制订。

The acute, subacute and cumulative toxicity of the mixture of nitrotoluene (2, 4, 6 -trmitro toluene, 2, 4-dinitrotoluene, 4 -nitrotoluene) on female mice have been studied. The results demonstrated that the combined effects of nitrotoluenes could be classified as complete or par tially additive joint action. These results suggested that the hygienic standard of the mixture of these nitrotoluenes can be established based upon model of additive combined effect.
