C57BL/6小鼠染毒0.5mg/kg氯化汞,5周后ANA阳性率为78%,ANA(IgG)滴度1:320,而对照和DBA/2小鼠染毒组均阴性。氯化汞引起的自身免疫是受免疫遗传基因调控的,基因位点与主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)连锁。
The, effect of mercuric chloride on antinuclear antibodies ( AKA ) induction was observed in in bred C57BL/6 and DBA/2 mice treated s.c. twice weekly with mercuric chloride at a dose of 0.5 and 1.5 mg/kg b.w. for 1, 2, 8 and 5 weeks. A,NA of IgG class in serum by an indirect immunof luoresence test ( IFT )was noted in genetically middle susceptible C57BL/6 mice trea ted with mercuric chloride and maximum ANA titers in serum of that mice reached 1: 320. In contrast no ANA induction was found ia resistant DBA/2 mice and control group. These results showed that mercuric chloride is a powerful autoimmunopotentiator and the susceptibllity in inbred mice depends at least partially on major histocompatibility complex ( MHC ) linked ge nes.
