摘要
本文结合绥中36—1 AI平台三口井套管开窗作业的实际操作情况,利用悬臂式钻井装置悬臂梁的一阶函数振型方程求解固有频率及其共振转速,着重分析悬臂梁与钻柱共振转速两者产生谐振迭加时对井下工具和安全操作带来的极为严重的影响。并对今后利用悬臂式钻井装置作业应注意的问题和应采取的措施,提出了看法和建议。
Taking into account the three wells' window cutting practice of the SZ 36-1 AI Platform, this paper solves the eigen- frequency and its resonance rate with the first order function vibrational equation of cantilever platform , analyse emphatically the serious influence on down hole tools and safe operation induced by resonance overlay of cantilever and string, and makes proposals and suggestions on the cautions of cantilever platform operation and the measures to be taken.
