摘要
本文简要介绍了渤海稠油脱水工艺的基础试验研究,指出对于埕北原油,在电潜泵生产条件下稳定的W/O乳状液含水最高(40%左右);海水配制的W/O乳状液稳定性较差,脱水较容易;磁处理后脱水效果提高20%以上;污水回掺工艺可改善热化学沉降脱水效果;类似埕北稠油的热化学沉降脱水工艺,一段比两段脱水流程优越;埕北油田应选用比现用的AE8031和SP169更好的破乳剂。
The article simply introduces some basic experiments in dehydration process for Bohai heavy viscous crude, and points out that the moisture content of static W/O emulsion for Chengbei crude is the highest (about 40%) in the condition of using the submersible electric pump; the stability of the W/O emulsion from sea water is not strong and the dehydration is easier;the dehydration rate increases by 20% after magnetiza-tion; sewage returned process can improve the effect of thermochemical settling dehydration ;the thermo-chemical settling dehydration process similar to Chengbei viscous crude is better than two stages;the better demulsifier shoud be selected in Chengbei Oilfiled.
