摘要
本研究观察了对硫磷和久效磷对人红细胞膜钙离子主动转运系统的影响。结果表明,对硫磷可抑制红细胞膜反转囊泡的摄钙功能及Ca^(2+)-ATPase活性,并有剂量-效应关系。此作用与其对AChE活性的抑制无关,2-PAM也不能干扰对硫磷的膜毒性效应。久效磷不抑制红细胞膜反转囊泡的摄钙功能及Ca^(2+)-ATPase活性。
The results showed that parathion can significantly inhibit the calcium uptake by IOVs and Ca2+-ATPase activity of human erythrocyte membranes, and the inhibition is dose-effect relation ship and has no correlation with the changes of AChE activity. While monocrotophos has no similar effects although it can strongly inhibit AChE activity. Furthermoro the 2-PAM ( Pyradoximine methyl chloride) ,an activator of inhibited AChE by organophosphorous, does not aff ect membrane toxicity of parathion. It was discussed in this paper that the toxic mechanisms of parathion on active calcium transport in human erythrocyte membranes.
