本文简介了挪威SPU—380浮式生产储油装置的工艺流程、安全设计准则,以及相应的减压、应急关断、泄压三种安全措施的特点。
This paper describes briefly Norwegian SPU-380 in progress ,principle of safe design.and the three cor-responding safe characteristics of pressure reduce, emergency cut-off ,and decompressure.
