摘要
采用能量为2 5 ke V的N+不同剂量(2×1 0 1 6 N+ / cm2、4×1 0 1 6 N+ / cm2、6×1 0 1 6 N+ / cm2、8×1 0 1 6N+ / cm2、1 2×1 0 1 6 N+ / cm2 )注入新疆春小麦种子,研究了N+离子束注入小麦种子后对小麦幼苗体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.结果表明,离子束注入新疆春小麦种子后,该种子萌发的幼苗体内MDA积累减少,SOD活性降低;高剂量注入后,CAT和POD活性提高.
The seeds of Xinjiang spring wheat are implanted to different doses at the energy of 25keV N^+ ion beam.The fluence ranges from 2×10^(16) N^+/cm^2 to 12×10^(16) N^+/cm^2.Malondiadehyde(MDA) content superoxide dismutase activity(SOD),peroxidase activity(POD) and catalase activity(CAT) are analyzed. Results indicate: malondiadehyde content and activities superoxide dismutase of the treatments are much lower than those of the control, malondiadehyde content and activity superoxide dismutase of seedlings are different between the control and the treatments; POD and CAT activities of the treatments with higher dose are much higher than those of the control.
