黑皮花生的茎尖快速繁殖及试管苗栽培技术研究

摘要 黑皮花生剥离种皮后在无激素MS培养基中培养萌芽提前,发芽率提高。5~7d萌发的幼芽在MS+6BA4-8mg/L+NAA1mg/L培养基中可产生高频再生植株。小苗在1/2MS+IBA0.2mg/L培养基中培养10d,生根率达95%。试管苗移栽田间可正常开花结果,其产量高于本地品种花生,低于直播黑皮花生。 The germinative time was advanced and the germination percentage was increased when the coat stripped seeds of black coat peanut were cultured in MS medium without phytohormones.The regenerated plants were propagated with high frequency from the bud cultured in the medium of MS+6-BA4-8 mg/L+NAA1 mg/L 5~7 d after generating. The shoots were cut and transplanted into the medium of 1/2 MS + IBA0.2 mg/L for rooting and the rooting percentage was up to 95% in 10 d.The test-tube seedlings could blossom and bear fruit normally when transplanted into field. The yield was higher than that of the local variety and lower than that of the black coat peanut by direct seeding.
