On the Right of Migrating Freedom for Contemporary Chinese Citizens

迁徙自由权是人的一项基本权利,是宪法学和法社会学研究的重要内容。迁徙自由权的法律确认,在我国经历了曲折的发展过程。迄今为止,我国尚未真正实现迁徙自由权。随着社会的发展和公民法律意识的提高,迁徙自由权越来越受到学术界和普通民众的关注。在建设有中国特色的社会主义民主宪政制度的进程中,以宪法形式确认公民迁徙自由权,公民的迁徙自由权就会得到实现。

The right of migrating freedom is a basic privilege for every citizen, which is an important research field for the study of constitution and legal sociology. So far, our country hasn't realized the right of migrating freedom yet. With the development of society and the improvement of citizens' legal consciousness, the right of migrating freedom has increasingly attracted the attention of both the academia and the public. In the course of building a socialist constitutional system with Chinese characteristics, the right of migrating freedom of the citizens will be realized when it is acknowledged by the Constitution.
