摘要
当前,广西的城镇化正进入快速发展阶段,在土地利用方面出现了不少问题,与人多地少的现实构成了土地资源持续利用的特殊矛盾。为促进广西小城镇土地资源可持续利用,应树立科学发展观,科学规划小城镇;完善土地市场制度,实现土地资源的市场化配置;强化土地管理,严格贯彻土地法规,并合理利用土地价格杠杆调节土地供需;加强宣传教育,使可持续发展观深入各级领导和广大群众心中。
The townizing process is speeded up in Guangxi, which becomes a barrier to the sustainable utilization of land resources. By applying the theory of sustainable development, this paper analyzes the present conditions and the major problems of sustainable land use in towns of Guangxi. Upon the major reasons of irrational land use, some counter measures to promoting the sustainable use of land resources in Guangxi are also brought forward.
